Yes, we have toilets on site which we strongly recommend using before the start of your game, as not to ruin the experience for you and your room mates halfway through.

No, at present we do not have a liquor licence, but there are plenty of local bars nearby.

Unfortunately our escape rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the only access to them is via a staircase.

The escape rooms are very immersive and therefore our time is taken in providing an exciting experience for our guests. Therefore, if you are ringing and there is no answer, it’s more than likely we are doing just this. Please leave an answerphone message or send us an email with the best way to contact you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We can issue a full refund with one week’s notice of cancellation and a 50% refund with 48 hours’ notice. We will happily reschedule bookings wherever we can but with less than 48 hours’ notice there will be a re-scheduling fee of £15 per room. Our best advice is to contact us & we will try to be as accommodating as we can.

We’re located next door to Nando’s in the older buildings on Baxter Gate down an alleyway. The closest car park is The Beehive which is a few minutes walk away.

Our rooms can be enjoyed by a wide variety of ages. However we always recommended that players under 16 are accompanied by an adult. Our Nerve Klinik experience is suggested as a 16+ game due to its content. If you are an older player or struggle with mobility, please ensure you understand whether the room you wish to play will be suitable for you. Please contact us if you need to discuss this further.

Although the nature of the game is to escape through solving the puzzles, there is always a way out. Either the starting door to the game will always be unlocked for you to pass through, or there will be an emergency button to push to make your exit. As well as this you are monitored by staff throughout the whole experience & we will be as accommodating as we can for anyone that may be a little nervous about playing with us.

We will always accommodate teams where we can, but we do have specific time slots for games. This means that it's likely we will have another team in after your booking. Due to this if you cannot arrive on time, we may have to limit your time inside the game so it doesn't impact on the next team's experience. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will advise what we are able to do.

We advise sensible flat footwear, and not your Sunday best! This is an active experience, so please dress appropriately.
