Yes, we have toilets on site which we strongly recommend using before the start of your game, as not to ruin the experience for you and your room mates halfway through.

No, at present we do not have a liquor licence, but there are plenty of local bars nearby for after your experience.

Unfortunately our escape rooms are located on the 1st - 3rd floors, the only access to them is via a staircase.

If you are ringing and there is no answer, it’s more than likely we are all busy running games. Please use our web enquiry form as this is the quickest way to get a response if we are busy on the phones.

We can issue a full refund with one week’s notice of cancellation and a 50% refund with 48 hours’ notice. We will happily reschedule bookings wherever we can but with less than 48 hours’ notice there will be a re-scheduling fee of £25 per room. Our best advice is to contact us & we will try to be as accommodating as we can.

We’re located above “Page45” through a separate entrance on Market Street. The closest car park is on Upper Parliament Street which is a very short walk away. We are also a 30 second walk from the Market Square tram stop. And a 5 minute walk from either the Bus or Train Station.

Our rooms can be enjoyed by a wide variety of ages. However we always ask that players under 16 are accompanied by an adult who can wait in reception if they do not want to participate in the game. If you are an older player or struggle with mobility, please ensure you understand whether the room you wish to play will be suitable for you. Please contact us if you need to discuss this further.

Although the nature of the game is to escape through solving the puzzles, there is always a way out. Either the starting door to the game will always be unlocked for you to pass through, or there will be an emergency button to push to make your exit. As well as this you are monitored by staff throughout the whole experience & we will be as accommodating as we can for anyone that may be a little nervous about playing with us.

We will always accommodate teams where we can, but we do have specific time slots for games. This means that it's likely we will have another team in after your booking. Due to this if you cannot arrive on time, we may have to limit your time inside the game so it doesn't impact on the next team's experience. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will advise what we are able to do.

You will need sensible, flat, closed-toe footwear, and not your Sunday best! This is an active experience, so please dress appropriately.

Due to the game layouts we have very limited space in which to watch. We MAY be able to accommodate this request with prior arrangement only. We cannot guarantee this option will be available.

Our games are designed to take 1hr to complete. Please note the games are circa 1hr in length and you are with us around 10 minutes before and also after a game for brief & de-brief, team photos etc.

If we deem you or anyone in your team to be under the influence of any substance, legal or otherwise, that puts either yourself, your team, or our staff in danger in any way, we reserve the right to refuse entry, or end your game early. We will not tolerate any abuse towards our staff of any kind.

We always ask that players under 16 are accompanied by an adult who can wait in reception or nearby if they do not want to participate in the game. Please note each booking has a minimum charge for 2 adults. For example, if booking for a group of 4 children you will need to book for 2 adults and 2 children.

Yes. As long as you do not exceed the maximum number of players for the room you have booked, you can add as many on as needed. If you'd like to sort this prior to arrival, give us a call or email and we can update the booking and send a payment link. Or you can pay on the day with card or exact cash. (We may not have change).

Yes, feel free to keep your phone with you, we just request that you do not take videos or photos inside the room (just to avoid spoilers) or you may be asked to leave.

The maximum team size is there to provide a fun experience for the whole team. Any extra people may cause the game to feel cramped and some people may end up not having anything to do for parts of the experience. Therefore, we MAY be able to squeeze in an extra person for certain rooms if it is really needed, but please be mindful of the above point. Call or email us to arrange.
